We’re Matt and Brandi, the founders of Peacefully Wired.
Peacefully Wired was not built from theory. It was built from lived experience — from years of navigating the reality of OCD inside a marriage, inside a home, and inside daily life.
Matt lived through the chaos of OCD and the long process of learning how to change the beliefs that fueled it. His recovery was not about managing symptoms — it was about rebuilding self-trust and stepping into responsibility.
Brandi walked that journey alongside him. She experienced the strain, the confusion, the fear, and the growth from the partner’s side. She understands how OCD impacts relationships and how essential structure, clarity, and steady leadership are in the recovery process.
Together, we built Peacefully Wired as a space for real change — not reassurance, not endless coping strategies, but practical belief-based growth. This is a community for those ready to do the work, strengthen their character, and build lasting peace.
Peacefully Wired is a 1:1 coaching platform and online community for people that experience OCD & Anxiety.
At Peacefully Wired, our mission is to transform the way OCD is understood and recovered from. We teach people the truth that OCD is a belief disorder—and that genuine recovery requires identifying irrational beliefs, disputing them, and developing deep, unconditional acceptance of oneself, life, others, and even worst-case scenarios. Our mission is to end the cycle of endless therapy, reassurance, and symptom management, and to empower sufferers to build real, robust, lasting recovery.

If you are ready to stop negotiating with OCD and start changing the beliefs that keep it alive, one-on-one coaching with Matt offers a clear path forward. This work is structured, practical, and accountability-driven. You will identify rigid fears, challenge distorted thinking, and build the courage to face discomfort without compulsions. Recovery requires action — and this coaching is designed for those who are ready to do the work.

Peacefully Wired is designed for individuals ready to take ownership of their recovery in a structured, self-guided environment. Members receive access to hundreds of hours of in-depth teaching, practical recovery tools, weekly live sessions, and monthly Q&A lives. New content is added consistently to support continued growth. The membership is low a cost, and has been intentionally structured to remain accessible while delivering significant value.
You wouldn’t hire a Mount Everest guide who only read about climbing Everest. You would want the guide who has: felt the altitude, faced the fear, made mistakes, adjusted, and reached the summit.
Recovering from OCD is the same. Peacefully Wired is not about reassurance, venting, or staying stuck in identity labels.
It is about:

Matt is awesome!! If you have OCD and are looking for a new way to help you recover, he is it. I just finished my 3rd session with him and he has really given me some new insights in OCD recovery, different ways to view it, and how to apply that to my own life, not only with OCD but with mental health in general. He is caring and listens to you and it's really refreshing to talk with someone who has been through it. He really gives OCD sufferers hope and the tools to give you the strength to keep moving forward no matter what OCD tells you otherwise.
